Estudios y Proyectos (EyP) ) focuses its actions in the design and management of local development projects, working with significant actors to assure the suitable knowledge of the demands and to incorporate specificities of the territories where they will be executed, which is expected to achieve impact.

The focus at the local level is considered key to promote sustainable development, since it is there where people live and work, where the government institutions are closer to citizens, and where there conform the community bases of cohesion and identity.
